If you Transfer Your Existing Phone Number there is a one-time activation fee of $9.99. If you do not transfer your existing phone number there is a one-time activation fee of $19.99+tax.

To qualify for this program there must be at least one person in your household that receives at least one of the following government benefits or if your household income is less than 135% of the national poverty guideline.

I understand that if I do not choose a monthly service plan the default monthly service plan will be the $30.00 Monthly Service Plan minus the $10.00 discount which will be $20.00 per month + tax.
